By accessing and using Plato Math ("Service", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Plato Math.

2. Description of Service

Plato Math is an interactive mathematics learning platform that provides:

• PDF-based worksheets across five difficulty levels: Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, and Jupiter
• Educational content covering arithmetic foundations up and including long division.
• Progress tracking and personalized learning paths
• Placement testing to assess mathematical skills and recommend appropriate starting levels
• Performance analytics and completion history

3. User Eligibility

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age (if under 13, parental consent is required)
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the Service for educational purposes only

Parental Consent: If you are under 13, your parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf and supervise your use of the Service.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Account Creation

• You must provide a valid email address and create a secure password
• Email verification is required to activate your account
• You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information

• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

5. Subscription Terms and Billing

5.1 Subscription Plan

• Subscription provides unlimited access to all worksheets and features
• Billing occurs monthly on the anniversary of your subscription start date
• Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe

5.2 Payment Terms

• All payments are due in advance and non-refundable except as required by law
• Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failed payments may result in immediate service suspension

5.3 Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your profile settings
• Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial months or unused services
• You may reactivate a cancelled subscription before the billing period ends

6. Permitted Use and User Conduct

6.1 Permitted Uses

• Access and complete worksheets for personal educational purposes
• Take placement tests to assess your mathematical skills
• Print worksheets for personal use only
• Track your progress and review completion history

6.2 Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Distribute, reproduce, or commercialize our content
• Attempt to circumvent access controls or security measures
• Use automated systems to access or extract content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify our software
• Upload malicious content or attempt to disrupt our services
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. Content Access and Usage Rights

7.1 Access Restrictions

• Worksheet access is controlled through secure access tokens
• You may only access worksheets in your assigned order or those previously attempted
• Content access requires valid subscription and authentication
• Content access is limited to your active subscription period

7.2 Usage Rights

• You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our content
• Content may be used for personal educational purposes only
• Printing is permitted for individual study purposes
• All content remains our intellectual property

8. Data Collection and Privacy

• Account information (name, email, encrypted password)

11. Service Availability and Maintenance

• We aim for high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access
• Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible
• Emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice

12. Account Termination

12.1 Termination by You

• Account deletion removes personal data within 30 days of processing
• Subscription cancellation does not automatically delete your account

12.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Prolonged account inactivity (with notice)

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• We disclaim all warranties except as required by law
• Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations

14. Dispute Resolution

14.2 Binding Arbitration
