Getting Started with Plato Math

Welcome to Plato Math! This guide will walk you through the simple process of creating your account and beginning your mathematical journey. Our platform is designed to be intuitive and user-friendly, so you'll be up and running in just a few minutes.

Step 1. Click Sign Up

Afterwards, enter the information that is asked for, and press 'Sign Up'.

Step 2. Confirm Email Address

An email should be sent to your email address. If you did not get it, there's a good chance that it's in your spam folder. If it's not there, then after you verify that you entered the correct email address, click "Didn't receive confirmation instructions?" on the Sign In Page, and re-enter your email address.

Step 3. Sign In and Complete the Introduction Form

After confirming your email address, sign into your account. You'll be met with an introduction form where you will answer questions about your child’s current math skills. After you press submit, you’ll be shown the starting point selection form where you can select your child’s starting point and daily worksheet amount. We have marked which option we think is recommended based on your responses to the previous form. While you can change the daily worksheet amount at any time, you cannot change your introduction topic without contacting us at support@platomath.com (which will take at most 24 hours to resolve).

Step 4. Dashboard and Payment

Now, you'll see the dashboard, where worksheets will be assigned every day. Press the "Unlock Free Trial" to redeem your free trial

Step 5. Stripe Payment Page

Now, you'll be on the Stripe payment page. This is a secure third-party payment platform, so we do not save ANY of your payment information. Enter your payment information and press Subscribe.

Step 6. Welcome to Plato Math

After this is successfully processed, you'll be directed to the worksheet print or answer form (depending on which you pressed previously). Congratulations and Welcome to Plato Math! You can start right away!
